And a little awkwardness,
I enter the School's gate;
Embarrassment consumes my heart, Having no company of any old mate;
Astonished and disappointed are my eyes at the sight of the renovated buildings,
As well as the transformed trees,
Those shaded us during the hot days of summer;
Teachers can be witnessed,
But there's hardly any word that I can murmur,
As they barely give a second look,
And my heart makes a silent whisper, "can't they even remember?"
Forgotten are we students who passed from it years ago, unforgotten remain those sweet, beautiful, memories we do share!
And the heart remains silenced by this nostalgia,
The pain of which is bitterly severe!
